Abba Care Assisted Living is an intimate residential care home founded in 2003 by a registered nurse with a vision to provide personalized eldercare in a family-style atmosphere. Located in a historic area of Garland, this Colonial-style redbrick community accommodates residents in studio suites ranging from 250 to 335 square feet. The facility emphasizes small caregiver-to-resident ratios to ensure quality individualized attention, offering specialized care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and those requiring general medical assistance. in September of 2017, my husband and I moved his elderly father to Abba Care from another facility where he had lived for 6 years. It was night and day experience and our only regret was that we had not considered Abba Care earlier for his care!! The nursing staff is wonderful! The food delicious! Most importantly the care is consistent and very in tune with dad's daily needs. Vilma and Victoria truly care for their clients. Dad has gone from wasting away to thriving. Abba Care has been such a blessing to our family and has given us peace of mind.
Abba Care is a true 100% GOD send for my mother and my family ,,,, The individual care is exceptional and extremely loving while still being very professional . My mother has been there for 6 1/2 years and the staff goes way beyond what ever is required of them to be helpful caring and loving to all of the people who live there. The food is extremely high-quality and the atmosphere is one of peace and love. I don’t believe there could possibly be a better place anywhere in the Dallas area .
I don’t even know where to begin. As a daughter of a former resident, I adored this place for my Loved One. It is clean, everything is well kept, the care is of the highest quality, the food is great, and it is personal. Victoria asked my retired pastor Dad to step out of retirement to preach again at Abba Care giving him purpose; she encourages residents to continue to use their God-given gifts while they still can. Thank you Victoria, Vilma, Alloy, Tony, John, and the wonderful staff.
