Very friendly atmosphere. Very up to date and kept Very clean. A very friendly lady when you enter and so helpful.
Clothes are expensive, I take home, wash return and she is still in mens pants an 3xl shirts no idea where these come from. She is on 120 lb no where near Xl. Try an find a nurse or aid to talk to, they tell you the help always quits an no one is to be found.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that it is a new facility it is fairly clean but nice looks like a five-star. Do to my personal experience administrative staff are very rude upfront make all these promises that they're going to be there for you they're going to help you through the process but if you even question them they immediately talk over you and will not even let you voice your concern they wait till the last minute to tell you anything and they will not call you back. I was basically told today the day after Christmas which is my husband's last day there in rehab and he needs to continue but if I did not call an appeal his insurance that they were going to put him on an ambulance and send him to my front door that was directly from the administrators mouth and I have it recorded You're horrible Do not waste your time take your loved one out of there I'm trying to do that as I speak
