The asistant manager Teresa has been amazing. She has been very friendly, helpful over my 1 year stay there in Larkspur Twin Creeks apartment. She has always helped solve the problems I had. The residents and the community is great. I enjoyed it a lot there. The breakfast and the happy hour was very enjoyable. Afterall, I was happy there, thanks for everything.

I decided to remove the main reason for me and my Mom moved and just leave what we loved about the property. Vonda is great, the maintenance guys are awesome. I do not know the present office people however I will say I've heard they are much nicer and easier to deal with than their previous people, Teresa in particular. We moved due to Mom having to go in the nursing home but we should have given notice when they said our rent was increasing by $500 & yes I talked with them about it with no response. I can honestly say I have never had rent increased that much in any type of property. Now for the good things.....We do love the Live Entertainment each week as well as Happy Hour each week so that's nice. My pets are happy here so that's a plus. Daily continental breakfast (not sure if it's daily now) and other holidays we have food as well as a party to celebrate. Overall it really is a pretty great place I just wish they'd fix the pet spa!!(Greystar did fix the spa & put some cute little decorations in there)

I moved out 2 years ago and found out about living in a non 55+ community. Now I'm moving back in and I plan on staying there. Also, there are some negative reviews but just ignore them. You can't please everyone all the time. Just got to be flexible. I can't wait to move!! Below is 4 years ago. I have looked at most every senior community with a 10 mile radius of Allen and nothing compares to Larkspur. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and we can't wait to move in on June 1st. There will be a lot of activities, trips and social events. They have a great walking path, large pool and the building is so large inside that in bad weather there is plenty of space to walk. Our apt is spacious and is priced at a very reasonable rate.
