APEX OAKS AT CLEAR LAKE ASSISTED LIVING

Horrible Place!! The woman overseeing the medication is incompetent and can’t read a doctors orders. She has almost killed my mom. Then lied about increasing my moms medication instead of decreasing it like was the doctors orders. Said she only gave 2 pills Oct 3 and 4 when you can clearly count she was given 4 each day then instead of tapering off the respadone like the Dr ordered she just stopped it cold turkey. If there were a 0 they would have it

This placing is amazing! It’s a nice clean environment and the ladies that work here are great especially Stephanie I believe she is the one who does the activities with the residents and she is just hands-down the best! She always has something fun planned!
