Great facility and wonderful, caring staff and management. Arbor House is the best in Fredericksburg!
I have had several family members at the facility through the years. The new ownership / management has drastically demenished the care of residents! They have fired the great caregivers and replaced with temps whom don't care lack of showers meds. The care now is terrible! It is sad/devastating to see since weve been there for years. Cameras are off in main area and wifi is suddenly not working for in room cameras. 0 stars
