The administrator is very customer service oriented. The staff is very friendly and helpful The office staff is very knowledgeable loving and caring. My mom has been a resident at Arlington Heights for over 9 years and I absolutely love the care that is provided for my mom: I recommend this facility ………
I have been a resident here for the last 3 years, my experience overall was ok.. I must say after new employees was hired in new departments such as the business and admission office the admission coordinator is always helpful. Customer service has improved drastically They are welcoming and full of great personalities..... I definitely see some improved and recommend anyone to bring there love one's here
The Facility took Great Care of My Mother for 4 months. She was Experiencing Cognitive Slip & had a Knee replacement. The Staff provided transportation and got her to her Dr. appointments on time as well as picked her up and brought her back safely. My mother told me countless times how she enjoyed the food while here. But the Greatest Service her is there Physical Therapy/ Rehab facility, they did Stellar work getting my mom back mobile which ultimately turned her Cognitive Slip completely around to were she is Finally Stable and Ready to be Released Home😁🙏. Thank You AHNR!!!!! 12/09/25

Carley found families consistently praised exceptional rehabilitation outcomes and compassionate, attentive care, though communication and facility modernization drew some concern.
