Leadership is tenured and thoughtful. Clinicians value compassion and continued training. The residents are happy and the activities director is a delight. All of that plus a charming remodel, new onsite hemodialysis, and a memory care unit. Ashford has gone through such a transformation. #Ashford2023

First of all I want to say thanks to Samantha she gave me a tour before making the decision on putting my 80 year old mom on memory care I have to say the place before Ashford was not the best we got blessed finding this facility in Irving. There is a lots of care givers from different countries which I love it my mom does not speak English and now is much easy for her to communicate and if for some reason one of them is off they call me right away to help I have a lots of good things to say like how the care givers treat our lovely older people I go there every day and leave happy because I know my mom is in good hands. I seen some bad reviews about dippers all I can say is sometimes the care givers are overwhelmed and is hard to keep everyone clean at the same time thank you Ashford facility me and my family cannot be more happy to have my mom there.

Words can not express the gratitude we have for Ashford Hall. They treated my mother like one of their own family member. The facility is always kept clean with great staff members always very helpful. No one wants to see a family member in a nursing home but Ashford Hall made it so easy and gave us peace of mind with the way my mother was treated and taken care of. Much love to Ashford Hall and the staff. Debra & Jesus Maldonado
