My Mom has been at Ashton Parke for about 3 mos. She Loves it and so do we! The staff is very attentive and makes sure that Mom is up and moving every day. The lunch room is a common room for all residents and there is always lots of activities happening which Mom loves! Since her arrival at the facility, the staff has helped her gain more independence than her last facility! Her memory has even improved! We are quite happy so far and would recommend Ashton Parke if you are looking for a great place for long-term care for a loved one!

My family member is memory/cognitive impaired and has Parkinson's and other health issues including insulin dependent diabetes. I have been quite satisfied with the care he is receiving. Staff is pleasant and caring. Safety protocols are adequate. Food is quite good and there are activities every day. The whole place could use a facelift to be a bit cheerier, but all in all I would rate it better than average-quite good.

Dirty Horrible place....Our Mom been there almost 1 month and no bath. A caring Nurse Aide let me know. I took my Mom to the bath room and gave her a bath my self and she was covered in dried feces. I told another aide to throw away her panties and she said no and sprayed them. Neg star up to me. If u care do not put your love ones in there.
