I don’t recommend this facility for your loved ones. A lot of unprofessional things happen here, especially after business hours. The care and attention residents receive is lacking, and the staff is often overwhelmed or unsupported. Atria at Cinco Ranch seems more focused on filling rooms and hitting numbers than actually providing quality care. They will accept residents at the highest care level (level 6) just to secure the payment—regardless of whether the staff can handle it. Families are charged for everything, even meals, and it’s clear that profit is the main priority here. They act like they care, but it’s all about appearances and trying to be seen as “number one.” There are better, more compassionate options out there. Pictures and more proof will be posted soon.

Whoever hired Sylvie, did you know that she was rude to my husband and refused to show him to my in laws room because she “didn’t feel comfortable being in the room” with my husband who isn’t white? Disgusting attitude. She, of course, was nice to the other white couple after him. It was my husband’s first time there and he had no idea where the room was or how the moving company worked. Sylvie could’ve been more patient, shown more compassion, and been more understanding. I hope she relearns how to interact with customers or just let her quit since she looks miserable.
