AVIR AT ABILENE

The staff is great. The problem is housekeeping. The floors are filthy. Hall floors have not been cleaned in quite some time. Have never seen them this dirty. No excuse for this.

The compassionate, professional care they have shown to my mother is unmatched. The facility is immaculate. The staff members go out of their way to be friendly, prompt and helpful.

This place literally sucks. They are short staffed. Not our problem. They accepted my loved one full aware of that fact. They don’t take care of my loved ones hygiene. She lays in a soaked bed of urine and she does not get regular showers. Rehab accepts all of her excuses and doesn’t try to get her to the gym for alternative exercises to walking. The equipment is there but they let her lay there and be lazy. There is no clean bedding until the afternoon and pillows are gold there. We absolutely hate this place!
