AVIR AT ARDEN WOOD

Would really recommend Avir at Houston. My mom stayed here following a bad fall and had around the clock care with their nurses and nursing assistants. Everything was taken care of: private room, adjustable bed, food service, prescriptions, physical therapy, and just help with getting around and staying comfortable. Access to her doctor and the social workers there made organizing care following our discharge very easy, and management was great about following up with us.

My mom stayed at Avir @Eldridge for a little over a month, and our experience was really positive. The Assistant Executive Director, Bin, was amazing—super thoughtful and easy to work with. He helped us make decisions along the way, was really accommodating with our family’s requests, and guided us through the whole insurance/Medicare process. He checked in regularly to make sure my mom was getting the best care. The nursing team and physical therapy staff were all really kind and treated my mom with a lot of compassion. I’d definitely recommend Avir to anyone looking for a safe, caring place for their loved one.

I have enjoyed my stay here. The physical therapist are excellent as is the nursing staff. Food is good nice and hearty. Management is always available to help
