This is a facility that wile assist in rehabilitation and the other half is a nursing facility. Have a wonderful friend and family member that is here in the nursing facility. The visitations that I've have been here to see him (lots) is very, very good. The staff has given and still giving all the needs, love that he could receive. He is very comfortable and content. Pictures that I've taken are from the outside only, this is for the respect for those that are here. For me , all the staff here are like angels. Their daily work comes from their hearts. This is very visible from all that come here to visit.

I have been fortunate enough to witness the incredible work being done at this nursing home, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the care they provide. The attention to detail and the compassion they show toward the residents are truly inspiring. From the creative activities and events to the welcoming atmosphere they’ve built, it’s clear that this isn’t just a place where people stay—it’s a place where they thrive. The effort put into making residents feel at home, valued, and cared for is unmatched. I’ve seen firsthand how much thought goes into every little detail, from fun celebrations to ensuring residents have what they need. I can’t help but wish there had been a facility like this when my parents needed care. It’s heartwarming to know there are people so deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others. This nursing home is truly a gem in our community, and I’m so impressed by everything they’re doing.

Western Hills is always such a joy to go visit. From the time I walk in, I'm greeted so friendly by front office staff. The home is always looks and smells clean, which is difficult to accomplish in care facilities. The nursing staff is attentive to patient, resident, and family needs, and the Activities Dept always has something fun, creative, and/or educational for the residents to enjoy. The rehab-to-home program is successful and the patients that return home have lovely feedback on their stay. Keep up the great work, Western Hills!
