Riverview has hard-working and compassionate employees. They genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. The new administrator is outstanding and has brought wonderful changes. This is an older facility, but well cared for. It was renovated, and the company continues to invest in improvements for the comfort of its residents. This has included new furniture. They even have pianos on their units, which residents are welcome to play, but also, a guest pianist plays regularly! Placing a loved one in a facility is difficult. It's emotional and will never be like your home. However, finding a place with the right atmosphere and community is what's important. For me, that is Riverview because I see the "heart" that's there.
New ownership is doing great things at this facility! The new Administrator is the kindest soul and truly strives to ensure her residents have the highest level of care and are treated with empathy and compassion. I definitely recommend this facility!!
