Understaffed, The nurses and aids are rude and are very lazy, light on in hall residence could be waiting hours before they go to help. Facility is disgusting cockroaches everywhere can tell the place doesn’t get cleaned very often!
This establishment seems to be unsafe and unhealthy, according to the reviews. The director refuses to take care of the grounds also. Large, heavy branches had fallen and landed on our fairly new fence. He had someone cut down the ones that fell the first time. However, they should have had the tree remove totally. Now more had fallen on our fence, damaging it. Also has damaged their fence. We have been very patient, but the director has ignored us and is not taking care of it. Our first message was sent on May 8, 2025, and the last message was sent May 24th. The only verbal conversation was the first time when part of the tree first fell.. Since then, there have been no more responses by phone nor text msg. Also, we don't want to touch nor hire someone to remove from our fence. Knowing the director, he would surely blame us for the damages they made. As for removing the tree, even a few of their employees, so far that work there, agreed, it should have been cut down before. If it had, we wouldn't be posting this.
This place is always understaffed. The head departments never call back. They are constantly losing my mom's clothes. They NEVER inform me of her Doctor appointments or anything medically that is going on with her. When I try to figure out what is going on with her, I talk to at least 3 different people before someone knows. They let the phones ring for a very long time , then hang up when you ask to speak to your love one or they don’t even know who they are. During the winter, my mom’s hall/ room had NO heat!! Then, they had no ac. They had to use fans. I think they finally got the air conditioning working in late March early April. A year later, still so many issues with the office people/new owners. They get good aids but not able to hold on to them. Residents getting access to their money has been a big issue since they changed owners.
Quality Score
Carley found severe staffing shortages and poor communication about medical care and appointments were major concerns, though rehabilitation services and facility environment showed some positive aspects.
