Administrator is very attentive to the Residents and their families. Always on the floor making rounds. Tim is always making sure staff is doing their job 💯. Danny the DON is Awesome. The Therapy department is amazing. My grandfather was here and had the BEST care. Recommend this facility.
I am so upset i had to take a couple days to calm down before i wrote this. Last week I went to visit my grandmother on wildflower hall it's a nice hall with men on one side and women on the other. It was closer to 9 p.m. when I got there when i went into my grandmothers room i could smell feces and urine and I pulled yje covers back and was drenched so went to the nurses station to ask if they could change her. There was the nurse i didnt get her name sitting down looking at her phone she was older maybe in her 60s had a wider build with orangish kind of hair as I approached she did not even take the time to acknowledge me but not her she kept looking at her phone very professional that when her partner I believe asked can she help me with a bit of an attitude she was also older looking with a lot of eye shadow and animal print everywhere I didn't get her name either . Anyway i told her the problem that when the other lady said ill get the c.n.a. on it as soon as i she her. My thoughts was well how are you going to see her sitting down on your phone but I didnt say a thing. Anyway after about 10 mins to 15 mins a young lady came in she looked a little overwhelmed but she did a excellent job of cleaning her up apologized and went on about doing her job which cant be easy especially with the kind of help or lack there of help she has. The next day i called amd spoke with Administrator and he said if i didnt agree with the treatment here to take her home with me very rude and aggressive im surprised that he is the administrator but if that how Avir conducts business my grandmother wont be there much longer I'm looking for her a new place to live as we speak. Avir should be ashamed of themselves for the way management conducts themselves up there. If you have family there please get them out they need to close that place down.
Well I need to get this out. This place needs to be shut down and the sister company too...Lubbock Hospitality. My grandmother moved in may 1th of this year. The next day my grandmother got out and was missing for 6 hours. She was walking not knowing anything where she was going. We got a call telling us they can't find her. My grandmother wasn't in there for a full 24 hours and she is missing. And all the family gets is I'm sorry and we don't know what happened. To make matters worse. They want her to move to there sister company. They a lock down part and they have a bed open. We didn't want to move her there but we was told that with her get out she couldn't stay there. So she was moved to the sister company and that place was hell. My grandmother was a month in one place and a month in the other. She clothes came up missing her bed stuff was on other people's beds. She look bad. Smelled bad. She was losing weight. Not sleeping. So when the family took her out of there. And took her home she had a shower she had a bug on her she was mad and didn't know where she was. I never seen my grandmother like that. So if u are thinking about doing this DONT DO THESES TWO PLACES!!!!!! 2 months and my grandmother will never be the same.
Quality Score
Carley found exceptional rehabilitation and therapy services in a clean, welcoming environment, though staffing consistency and communication gaps occasionally affected family experiences.
