Keilon Alexander is the only reason for the 3 stars. He goes above and beyond for all his patients. Keilon took such good care of my grandfather! He goes out of his way to make sure his patients have all their needs. He is an amazing worker here. The BEST!!
It's absolutely horrible. It has gone down down down. They would be better off closing the doors. It's a dump falling apart. The nurses are uncaring and fake..please take your family elsewhere. Please the building is falling down. Mold looking stuff in the air vents. Much better places to take your loved ones...
Worst place in Longview. My grampa was there recently and the.aides were rude, they had no supplies.and never left snacks out after supper so they had nothing to eat from supper to breakfast..over 12 hours . My grandpa didn't even have a urinal because they didnt have any. Avir has purchased dozens upon dozens of nursing homes in the state of Texas and they are horrible. Penny pinching at the expense of our family members because I HAVE Researched the company and spoken with many workers and family members!! I wouldn't even give them one star!! Please do not put your family member in any AVIR facility!!! Speak to people other than the ones that run the places!!!

Carley found significant concerns about facility cleanliness, maintenance, and supply shortages, though some families noted individual staff members provided compassionate, attentive care.
