Grandma Becca was a resident at your facility from January 2024 until her passing in October 2025. When she arrived, she was very weak and bedridden. She battled dimentia and underlying health issues for 13 years. During her stay there I noticed a great improvement in her condition. She was out of her bed and on the go in her wheelchair. Even though dementia took her ability to speak, her smile said it all. Grandma Becca was loved and cared for. She was happy and at home in your facility. When her body failed her, your team was quick to respond and got her help right away. From our family to yours thank you for helping Grandma Becca enjoy her last years of this lifetime and for the care, compassion, and coordination of your team during her stay.

I cannot speak higher of this rehab facility where our Mom has received the best care! All staff & professionals are very knowledgeable, kind & compassionate! A truly special thank you to Ariana, Carmen & Elsie who always make time in their busy day for us! Thanks a million!

If you care at all about your grandparents, parents, or ANY loved one — TAKE THEM OUT of this place immediately. This “rehabilitation” center is an absolute nightmare. The staff here are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. They speak to residents like they’re a burden, ignore basic requests, and act like doing their job is an inconvenience. My grandma is in this facility, and what I’ve witnessed is heartbreaking. She’s been treated with zero compassion or dignity. The staff have the nerve to roll their eyes or talk back when we raise concerns. It honestly feels like no one here even wants to help — like they hate their jobs and take it out on the residents. That’s dangerous, disgusting, and completely unacceptable when you’re trusted to care for vulnerable people. If you have a loved one here, do them a favor and get them out. I wouldn’t trust these people with a houseplant, let alone someone I care about.
