AVIR AT RIVER RIDGE

I was very very impressed first of the cleanliness of River Ridge. Not only in the front area, but also back in the patient's room, and comon areas. Got to see a good part of the facility, and it all had a nice clean smell to it. All staff stayed busy caring for patient's and cleaning. I did mention to one of the staff with the way that they were caring for my elderly sisterr!!! I give you all a 10 out of 10!!!

RiverRidge is excellent, very clean, adequately staffed & friendly staff. Staff that cares for their patients. My favorite is no nursing home smell! Patient are well taken care of, & given good meals, good activities.

Posting in response to new ownership of River Ridge Nursing and Rehab facility. My mom was readmitted after a hospital stay. After she arrived, she was greeted by a nurse named Gracie, (new staff) and an Aide named Criselda on the Special care unit. I was pleased to see them, she was tended to promptly. Mom came w/new orders; they were kind and thorough about making her comfortable. My mom is in a fragile condition in her old age; I pray she will continue to be cared for with the love and patience I witnessed on her return. Thank you Avir @ River Ridge Nursing.
