AVIR AT VETERANS MEMORIAL

We went to go see my grandma. She isn't the easiest person to take care of I am sure lol. Upon arriving, the Check in lady was super sweet. She directed us to my grandmas room. When I walked into her room, it was a different story. There was an old plate of food sitting out on the dresser by the door with flies on it, the bed beside my grandma's was empty but had stains and crumbs all over the sheets, along with a spoon, and what looked like old spaghetti all over the foor(on the opposite side) . I had to roll up the sheets so my two yr old didn't touch them. Towards the end of leaving, a lady came in to check on us and we asked her to take the trays , get some ice and bring a blanket that wasn't damp. She was super sweet. I understand that there's alot to do there but I feel like the place could be alot more sanitary. Especially for a bedridden older lady.

Everyone at this facility is so nice and attentive to the needs of every individual. The staff are so warm and friendly. Therapy dis a great job to get me to be able to go home and I'm grateful to them I recommend this facility to anyone that needs a rehab center!

Love this place, it’s always clean and smells good throughout the facility when I go visit my aunt and that’s at least twice to three times a week never a dull moment. She is always happy and in good spirits because of the staff there. Everyone is so nice and friendly here! I have been through some centers with my aunt and this one is the best one in the area. I will highly recommend. Thank you for all y’all do for the residents and environment!
