New management has finally come, looking forward to the changes for my loved one
Lack of care. Lack of administrative support. Call lights ringing all the time and employees disregard 95%. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely regret picking this place. TOUR this facility prior to bringing your loved ones.
My mom was sent to Balch Springs Nursing Home for 2 weeks after a hospital stay for rehabilitation. They took very good care of her and she really enjoyed her stay. The staff was nice and professional.
