BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE CONTINUING CARE HOSPITAL

The facility took very good care of my mom but I'm very disappointed by the admission on a Friday of Labor Day weekend. She was there for physical therapy however they aren't there on the weekends or holidays so my mom spent 3 days of her stay laying in bed doing nothing. They mostly did bedside therapy, once it started, but not much else. I understand that my mom is a large woman but they knew that when they accepted her. They also knew she needed PT for walking however it didn't really happen 😔

It’s two years now I’m with Baylor Scott & white I love the services they provide I love the doctors the care and every one you get in touch with they’re very sweet helpful I’m happy I’ll be with Baylor Scott & white one more year

This place is a joke! My dad was here for a week, OT and PT worked with him 3 times. THREE times! And they are sending him home. An 83 year old that needs rehab. They sure will bill the insurance and get a weeks worth of money for nothing! NEVER look at reviews that the case manager’s give you, they are 100% biased. WASTE of time and money! BSW is a money hungry organization that could care less about their patients. KEEP YOUR FAMILY FAR AWAY!!
