Full Description
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Neuro Transitional Center provides specialized residential rehabilitation for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and other neurological conditions. This nine-suite facility bridges the gap between inpatient hospital care and home, offering intensive therapy in a residential setting for patients who are medically stable but need additional support before safely returning home. The program includes five to six hours of daily therapy five days per week, delivered by a physician-led interdisciplinary team including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, neuropsychologists, and rehabilitation nurses. As part of the North Texas TBI Model System and recognized nationally by U.S. News & World Report as a top rehabilitation facility, the center provides evidence-based care with comprehensive outcome tracking.
