BAYOU MANOR

So pleased to have Angel, a skilled repairman, take care of our maintenance needs in a polite, patient and understanding way. He even asked for our preferences in cleaning agents before using them since we might have sensitives.

Our family friend was at Brazos Tower @ Bayou Manor in healthcare for 3 months. Yes, it was terribly expensive once insurance stopped paying, but the care was very good. None of these places is perfect, but the Third Floor nurses (Tiffany, Nikki) were GREAT! They went above and beyond to help sort out some issues and were always friendly and helpful. The CNA's were also very good - even when the power was out during Beryl and when someone failed to come in for a shift. I have much personal and professional experience with these types of places, and I would recommend this facility if someone has the appropriate insurance or means to pay.

Visiting my friend in Brazos Tower is always a joy. The facilities and outdoor gardens and seating areas are immaculate . Lunch is superb in the dining food with excellent filet steak and service.
