Awesome!! But first, I must tell you our story. I had no idea why the Lord had us move to Bertram in 2000. It became abundantly clear in 2019 when I was faced with putting my wife in a nursing facility. The BNH is for real, not only does my wife receive first rate care and attention, they demonstrate true personal care and love for her well being. Of course they smile and are friendly, but let me tell you it goes way beyond that......they really care for the residents well being. I have experienced it. From top to bottom the staff is there to support and provide your loved one with the level of care you so desire. I thank the Lord for setting me up to be only minutes from my dear wife. Tomorrow is in His hands.

My grandmother was transferred to Bertram from another facility after being in the hospital due to a fall. At first we were hesitant, but all of the staff were so amazing. Due to COVID family members weren't able to go inside, but the staff did everything in their power to keep us connected including daily calls, window visits, and transparent communication. The window visits were so helpful and a positive experience for everyone. Their compliance with CDC guidelines and procedures was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff. It was a tragic accident, but she ended up such great care and attention. It was more than we could have hoped for. We have been very happy with Bertram Nursing. The staff works hard and is very caring for their residents. They have answered any and all questions we have had in a timely manner. Our loved one is happy and has had zero complaints about anything since arriving a couple months ago.
