The quality of care at Brady West is outstanding! The rehab team is truly amazing - they go above and beyond to help residents recover and feel their best. You can see the dedication and compassion in everything they do. It's wonderful to have such a high-quality facility right here in our community!

My stay here was a nightmare. My room seemed to be put together as an afterthought. I was ignored by some nurses, was given wrong medications, toilet was continually plugged up with no plumber on staff available (used bedside toilet which was not emptied very often), several days not given prescribed water amount, 2 moving boxes in room (1 for garbage 1 for dirty clothing) not emptied for days. And finally a "trainer" which refused to leave when I asked her to. According to patients rights, has to leave at first request. Yes, I have pictures but am afraid to post them not knowing legal penalties on web. I would suggest trying to find financials on an any such facility and do not count on reviews posted by company. Brady West has some truly compassionate staff. The new management team has made some great improvements and provide the highest quality of care. The atmosphere is very clean, cozy and inviting. Great place with a great team!
