I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion shown at Briarcliff Health Center. The entire staff, from the administrators to the nurses and CNAs, have been outstanding in their dedication, kindness, and professionalism. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The activities and events are engaging, and the food is delicious. But what truly sets Briarcliff apart is the genuine care and concern shown to each resident. Rating: 5/5 stars
Briarcliff is absolutely fantastic! From rehab, nursing, wound care, memory, and speech therapy, to the very people who kept the place clean and my room, clean every single one of them we’re great! If you’re looking for a place for great treatment and great results, Briarcliff is that Place!
Very pleased, everyone is is so kind and helpful. So glad y’all hired Lisa for activities. She is absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have is, dementia patients need consistents. Every time my Mother gets used to someone. They move them to a different unit. It has her very confused.i would like to see some changes made. I don’t like my Mother locked up. She is an outside person. But now they keep the door locked.
