I would not recommend this facility for your love ones. I was a resident here in long term care and finally discharged to go home. Facility is understaffed and the staff is not happy. I fell because I require two people to transfer from chair to chair and there was never two staff members available to help. One girl transferred me and left me on the toilet alone. I waited a long time and no one came back to help. I would go days between showers and missed many doctors appointments because of lack of staff. When my husband would try to speak with the facility the adon was rude to him and would hang up on him. The administrator never returned his calls.

We put my wife there for we could not give her the proper care at home. After one day in general population they moved her to memory care lockup, without notifying my Daughte and I. Not even there for one day , her blanket and small bear went missing. We noticed very quickly that ALL of the staff were either on their cell phones or taking cat naps. For cleanliness, I’ve seen cleaner dumpsters. Wow all of this was for only $5300, what a bargain. The food— one night they served a pimento cheese sandwich for dinner, yummy and filling. Meds— we brought her meds for one full month. Next thing I know I get a bill from a local pharmacy for the exact meds we brought. They said they threw them away and got new ones, company policy. I refused to pay the bill. We called on a daily basis, when we were unable to visit, rarely did we get an answer. I feel that by now you may have concerns about this hovel. I shall post another review next month. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m

Very positive environment for all resident, staff and guests! Management is very interactive with residents and employees. Therapy dept is top of the line for patients and their rehabilitation.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found serious staffing shortages and care responsiveness concerns that families experienced consistently, though rehabilitation services and the physical environment received strong praise.
