Sadly, there's very little good I can say about this facility. If you are a family member, concerned about your loved one, all I can say is RUN AWAY! Our 94 year old mother was sent there from the hospital for rehab following surgery on her leg. She is completely dependent on assistance because her surgeon has ordered that she not bear any weight whatsoever on one side for at least three months. While visiting recently, I discovered that her nurse call light (the only means she has of letting the nursing staff know that she needs help) was not functioning. I discussed it with the nurse, and two of the tech staff. I then stopped at the nurses station on the way out to make sure that maintenance was being notified and that they understood the severity of the situation. Over 24 hours later when I came to check on mom, the light was still out, and everyone (it's a different staff every day) acted like they had no idea that there was a problem. Yesterday, I was notified by a doctor's office that an appointment had been made for my mother approximately an hour away. I was supposed to transport her, I had never been told of the appointment, and am not equipped to transport her given the restrictions put on her physical abilities, etc. After several calls to the facility (none of which have been returned) I had to cancel the appointment. This place is part of a quite large organization, and you need to understand going in that the only goal here is revenue. They don't care even the smallest bit about the needs of the families that are forced to use them. I urge you to find some other means to care for your precious family member.

My mom lived here in memory care for years…the staff is wonderful!!! I can’t say enough about the love she got here. They had music and parties often and she loved the butterfly garden. Highly recommend !

One of my parents has lived here for 6+ months. This place is very expensive, even with Medicare and long-term care insurance. Here’s what I’ve discovered so far: the professional staff are very slow to reply, if at all, to family inquiries; my parent’s belongings regularly go missing; the bed often has dirty or missing (top/flat) sheets; the bathroom isn’t kept that clean; the room is hot in the summer & too cold now, and the room thermostat cannot controlled by patient. On the positive side, most of the daily care , front desk & dining staff are very nice and helpful; the location is convenient for our family; they extended visiting hours/front door access on the rehab side from 6pm to 8pm.
