BROOKDALE SPRING SHADOWS

We cannot say enough good things about Brookdale Spring Shadows. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of our mom. Not only did they take great care of her - but they also took great care of us - her family- as well. They are such sweet angels - every single one of them!! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their senior family member.

I am absolutely blown away by the staff at Brookdale-Spring Shadows! We moved our loved one in and within 2 days, he is a changed man, literally!! He has very recently been a resident at other facilities and the staff would not even change his diaper!! He always refused to participate in any activities or even go to the dining room for meals. Since he's been at Brookdale-Spring Shadows, he has gone to the dining room for each of his meals! They have the right approach and know how to encourage him to want to mingle with the other residents!! He is talking, joking, and laughing with them as well as with the staff! It is AMAZING!!! The executive director, Nina, was even there to greet us upon our arrival! Beginning with the tour, the assessment, our move-in (where we had what felt like a welcoming committee) and even the bus ride that they provided, I am torn on what was the best part! This is just the start of how wonderful our experience has been! He is finally HOME!!! We look forward to a very long stay here and wanted to share with anyone looking for an absolute gem of a place for their loved one!!

My mom was at Brookdale Assisted Living and then Memory care for the past 10 months. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Brookdale Spring Shadows. They took such good care of my mom, and truly loved her. The director Nina went above and beyond to give my mom the best care. Amber provided a fun and happy environment, and all of the nurse Tech's, especially Merlina and Sonia, were fabulous. I see Brookdale as more than a facility, it is family.
