Moved my family member here a year ago. Was so fortunate to be able to move to Brookdale. The care my family member is receiving is amazing. The food is excellent, chief is so accommodating to the desires of all residence. The nursing staff are very attentive to each residents needs. Thank you Brookdale for taking such good care of my family 's love one.
I have been thrilled with everything Brookdale East! From the first call to enquire about about the facility it's been nothing but positive. There was genuine concern for our needs. No hassles. Any questions we had or obstacles I thought there might be were quickly eliminated. I felt very comfortable discussing my parents needs with Mr Steifer, the director. I feel like he and his staff went above and beyond to help us during a very emotionally trying time. I have seen firsthand the excellent care provided by Brookedale East and wholeheartedly recommend this facility for wonderful senior care living.
Avoid this assisted living facility. Its the worst move I have ever made. The service here is very slow or non existent many times. The food here is very poorly cooked, repetitive and no menu choices. It is unhealthy. There are no evening snacks & nothing available unless you have your own food.. You do not get what you are paying for here.
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised the beautiful, clean environment and attentive staff, though communication responsiveness and service consistency drew mixed feedback.
