Brookdale Watauga is a nice sized community only having around 30 rooms. The staff is friendly and I feel safe having my mom live there.
Karen Cone and Lena are amazing. They have a heart like no other for the parents they admit into their facilities. They make sure that when patients are admitted that they have all their needs met. The nursing staff at Brookdale Wautaga love their patients and are able to really get to know their patients and the families of the residents.
My family’s experience with Brookdale Watauga has been outstanding. The staff, including Lena, Jennifer, Marianne, and others, truly care about the residents. They operate with kindness and professionalism and work hard to create a great environment for residents. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are always comfortable & taken care of. I would highly recommend Brookdale in Watauga and would choose it again.
