It’s no place for anyone who isn’t cognizant. The call lights do not work and it’s the night shift usually. I called 911 this evening to get help and am still waiting. No one to help me. One shift is unaware of what‘a happened before their shift begins. New medications for patients aren’t passed on to the next shift. Some Doctors’ orders aren’t followed and I can testify to that. How on God’s earth this facility got a 4 star rating I’ll never know. Don’t go how there
I am so impressed with this facility. I can not express enough thanks regarding the care my father received as a long term resident. The health team is professional, supportive and excellent in all aspects. Thank you to all the members of Buena Vida in the care of my father.
My grandmother lived there for 2 years. Has dementia and is the sweetest thing ever! They kept leaving her outside when she has no clue where she is!!!!! If I knew a good lawyer I'd be busy rt now.. Do not trust yhos place with your sweet grandparents
