CENTER AT ZARAGOZA, LLC

Staff at centers are awesome! My uncle was admitted for rehabilitation a week ago and has shown great improvement. He is recovering well and loves it there. I am grateful and appreciative for the team and their care and professionalism. If you are looking for a rehabilitation center I recommend this facility, it is beautiful and the people working there are compassionate and will take care of your family member as their own.

The Center Although we did not have an appointment, a member of admissions gave us a thorough tour, which my family appreciated. The Center at Zaragoza is very hotel-setting-like and feels cozy and comfortable. The entry is ultra-modern, with stylish furnishings and a welcoming coffee/water station. The receptionist was professional and well-dressed. First, we toured the communal dining room, with ample dining space and a private space for family gatherings. Next, we toured the patient rooms, which were immaculately clean and well-presented. The private room has a closet, a desk, a lounge chair, and a twin bed. Most importantly, the private room also had a spacious private full bathroom. The listing of activities offered and the menu options posted all seemed well thought out. A roll-away cot is available for spending the night with the patient on a case-by-case basis. The average ratio of nurse care provided was one nurse to 20 patients. There are onsite PT/OT facilities.

My incle is receiving Skilled Nursing & rehab services at the Ctr of Zaragoza. He has been recovering with the help of amazing therapist & nursing care. The food is succulent & accommodations of a private suite are one of a kind. The administrator, Jesse Barragan & the team are friendly, professional & customer service driven.
