Very Clean facility, Friendly & Attentive Staff, & has a Strong PT & OT Staff! After Discharge from Rehab, took my husband back for Outpatient Therapy because he improved greatly after only one week of therapy!

Good nurses. Good care. Loving people. The therapy team is awesome. Tiana, the speech therapist, is wonderful. Patient and kind. She helped me a lot. Henry and Frank got me up. And walking again. Rose, Mary, Victoria worked with me to strengthen my arms and Leo was the best nurse of the team. I will be forever in all the peoples debt for helping me.

Giving one star for the facility grounds, and nutrition services (food). I found facility to be always understaffed . Food is atrocious. The communication system (telephones) was very old Technology The equipment (hospital bed) is old and useless, rarely in working order. There was a cockroach in my room, unacceptable! FIVE STARS FOR ALL PERSONNEL!! The CNA's (especially Irene, Mary, Amber, Donna, Philip,Julian and everyone whose name I forgot to mentiion)were wonderful, very efficient, kind, caring and thoughtful. The therapy department was very motivating, always encouraging me to keep moving forward. LaLa (PT), Henry (PTA) , Frank (PTA), Rosemary (OTA), Tiffany (OTAS), and Mary (OT) were absolutely amazing for my entire stay. Wound care team was always professional and knowledgeable of my situation. The Medication Aide's were awesome ! All of the nursing staff Was superior. I found them to be supportive of my personal needs as well as very informative. I loved All of the wonderful nurses. Frankly I will miss them when home again. A big thank you to.the office staff Including a very helpful and efficient social worker. FOOTNOTE NEW KITCHEN MANAGEMENT VISITED ME JUST BEFORE IBEING DISCHARGED. IMPROVEMENTS WERE IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCED NOTICED AND WELCOMED .
