CLEARWATER AT THE ARBORETUM

We had a great experience dealing with Tricia and the management team at Clearwater at The Arboretum. The facilities were great and the low caregiver to resident ratio was important, but what really set Tricia and her team apart was their honest, genuine and caring approach and their determination to excel and provide top notch care in everything that they do. Although our situation was unique and had a number of challenges, Tricia and her team did an amazing job problem solving and getting everything done in time and in the right way. We knew our parents would be well taken care of in their community and would definitely recommend them.

I’m so excited about Anthology. My mom was living at a different community and it was time to make a change. I toured several places and was so impressed with Anthology of the Arboretum. The location is perfect and the community is beautiful, clean, shiny and new, upscale and welcoming! I met with their Director of Sales Tricia Lohbeck and she is a delight. She went above and beyond to help and make the lease signing process quick and easy. You can tell she loves what she does, has a warm heart, and genuinely cares about helping others-she took the time to understand my mom’s needs and wants! She’s a joy to be around and all smiles. The other team members are nice, friendly, and helpful. I can tell my mom will get great care here. The environment, the amenities, the whole staff, the care, and the activities are super nice. I look forward to my mom moving in.

We recently moved my dad into Clearwater at The Arboretum. Tricia, the Senior Sales Director, was great. Move in went flawlessly and made what is a difficult day much better. When we were exploring AL facilities, Tricia was always available to answer questions, even those asked after work hours. Tricia has followed up numerous times to make sure everything is ok. Her attention to detail is top notch!
