I have lived at Century South Shore for 8 years. My neighbors have been nice, the grounds are kept clean, the amenities are great, the maintenance team is fast in responding and the office staff are a great support.

My partner and I visited this property after reading some reviews online. Many of the reviews praised Bradley for how kind and helpful he is… well, here’s another one! Bradley was transparent, answered all of our questions and even let us tour some units same day. We haven’t committed to anything yet but this complex is excellent for the price, swing by and check it out.

I’ve been a resident at Century South Shore for more than a few yrs now. I find it to be a fairly well-maintained property, located in a nice area. The maintenance staff is exceptional, timely and led by Mr. Marcus with a smile. However it is worth noting a few cons: The walls ARE very thin, the water pressure is atrocious and the amount of LARGE dogs (despite the leasing clause) is a bit much at times. The office staff (especially Bradly, Tessa and Paula) and management (Jill H.) of the community does frequently host events.
