CONNER COURT

I wish I could rate different titles at this place because the facility was nice and clean when I was taken on a tour and front desk staff was so helpful. We were shown a calendar of all the interesting activities they do at Conner Place and the food smelt heavenly. However, I did not appreciate the way medical staff acted and talked towards the elder. Very unprofessional! There were 2 but I was only able to catch the name Amy. I will be reporting to corporate what was said and the actions of these 2 women. We put our loved ones in the hands of nurses and care providers only to expect they will be taken care of and I have never been so outraged.
