The staff is so professional friendly. They also went the extra mile to get my in for respite at the last minute. I really appreciate Ms Garrett.

I ve been a patient at CC Nursing & Rehab for about a week the staff has been absolutely caring with compassion and ❤️ as my observations and treatment. From walking in Esther Garrett admissions coordinator and the entire staff that assisted in my care has left an unforgettable experience. This is a horrible place very unprofessional!! My mother has been there for just under one year they leave her soiled in her bed or wheelchair my brother & I have tried & tried to speak w/ someone about a situation w/ her phone no one will return our calls we both live far away I am disabled & can’t travel to talk to someone in person my brother is not able to go there either only time we got a lil bit of help was when we threatened to make a welfare check w/ police department which I’ll probably have to do AGAIN!!! They are very rude & no help @ all from anyone there including the social worker which by the way they seem to have a revolving door when it comes to employees always different people we are not @ all satisfied w/ their services looking for the next step to get some help this place needs to be shut down!!
