COUNTRY CARE MANOR

Staff is friendly and helpful without making you feel like you’re bothering them. From getting registered as a visitor at the front desk, to the kind offering of options for my mother’s coffee when she asked if she could get a cup, to the huge smile from the occupational therapist when he introduced himself to the family, and then all the people freely moving about in the facility when we walked through, I’m completely comfortable leaving my mother in their care for her rehabilitation after a fall. It’s close to home and not in a high traffic area so that’s a plus, as well!

Upon arrival, staff smiling and friendly. Every where we went, it was clean, tidy and no foul odors. Residents we came to see were comfortable and resting nicely. Communicated with staff and care was coordinated well with them.

Country Care Manor staff are extremely sincere with residents and visitors. They demonstrate compassion when speaking to everyone. My visit today felt relaxing. The facility is clean, well lighted, at a comfortable temperature, and friendly. The facility is also very secure, with a check in procedure for all.
