Could not be more disappointed with The Court! From lack of care to daily hygiene to room cleaning to food quality all the promises made during the ‘sales’ process failed to materialize leading to a decline in my aging friend’s health. Moved her in October and moved her out after three weeks.

I had the pleasure of attending the Christmas lunch at The Court at Round Rock, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The lunch was absolutely delicious, with a variety of festive dishes that everyone seemed to enjoy. What truly made the event special, though, was the incredible staff. They were so helpful and super friendly, making sure everyone felt welcome and taken care of. Their warm hospitality really made the day memorable. It's clear that The Court at Round Rock truly cares about their residents and guests, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service provided!

Our family couldn’t be happier that our loved one is at The Court at Round Rock. From the compassionate care they receive every day to the delicious meals, attentive housekeeping, and responsive maintenance team and it truly feels like a community that cares. Over the past year, we’ve seen so many positive improvements. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and we know how challenging it can be to hire and train great staff, but the management team’s dedication really shows. The environment feels more organized, welcoming, and focused on the residents’ well-being. Most importantly, we’ve seen our loved one thrive, happier, more engaged, and genuinely cared for.
