CRESTVIEW RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

My parents are in the process of moving into Crestview. What even in the best of circumstances is a very emotional transition, the staff has been so incredibly lovely, helpful, and understanding. They respond to emails/questions promptly. The property is beautifully maintained and they've streamlined the registration process to make it smooth and yet retain the human/compassionate feel. I can't give the staff enough praise for not only making my parents feel cared for and welcome. But also, the rest of our family.

My Father is a resident at Crestview Retirement Community and loves being there. The caring and compassionate staff watch out for all of the residents and treat them like family members. The food is excellent, and my Father is a "picky" eater! Much of the staff have worked at Crestview for many years and are experienced care providers. We couldn't have picked a better place for my Father!

Crestview took excellent care of my dad for the 18 months he resided at the facility. Nurses and all staff were very attentive to my dad's needs. The facility is located approximately one block from St. Joseph's hospital and doctors on 29th St., which made Crestview the best choice for my dad. My dad was able to keep all of his doctors. Transportation is provided to and from doctor appointments, and shopping trips. The facility offers weekly housekeeping, on site laundry and salon services. Laundry and salon costs are extra. All meals and housekeeping are included in the rent. 24 hour nursing staff and 24 hour maintenance is also provided. The staff worked very closely with hospice when my dad required end of life care. The nursing staff are very good at notifying family of any falls or emergency situations regarding your loved one. Our family is very grateful to Crestview for everything they did for my dad during his time there. We would highly recommend Crestview for your loved one's care.
