My mother was there in December 2025 to January 2026 posthumously replacement surgery. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend as I was dissatisfied with the administrative team. I had to send a semi aggressive email concerning the care and their lack of effort. No one from management communicated with phone numbers and contact personnel, etc... Housekeeping upkeep was sad as her room needed paint touchup on walls and floor cleaned daily. However, her aides, techs and nurses were friendly and did their job that I could tell as well as social worker. My other family members complained of rude nurses and complacent staff; hanging out and noise. PT staff was professional but I think their ratio of patients my be high. It was days would go by without the therapy. Staff shortage was evident at the facility, especially on weekends. My final straw was feces on the floor in the bathroom that was reported and was there more than 2 days later....unacceptable and was photographed. Discharge included the nurse handing me a packet. No verbal instructions or wound care directions. I assumed was on the paper. I wheeled my mother and her belongings to the car by myself with no staff assistance. There was also an issue with her clothing and store purchased toiletries coming up missing with no one having a clue. I reported and was never spoken with about it. Melissa, from upper management is raggedy at best and her performance should be reevaluated. I would absolutely NOT recommend.
Terrible Care for my mother. The room was not clean when we arrived, and we never got aid materials that we were promised. Management was not concerned about any problems. the weekend staff was very limited. My mother was a fall risked, and we would call for assistance to the restroom. Either the staff was a no show or we had to wait too long and she had an accident in the bed. Nurses were unconcerned about helping. Food was horrible, served sandwiches for three out of four meals on very old and dried out bread. The only thing good I can say is that the nurse's aids were great. I would not send my worst enemy there. They should be shut down. The only reason I gave the one star is because I had to.
VERY UNACCEPTABLE STAFF. DON'T LET THE GOOD LOOKS OF THE OUTSIDE OF THIS FACILITY FOOL YOU! This place looks so inviting with the physical presence of the building. The facility looks so nice from the outside but the nursing staff and employees are totally opposite! I had my mom in there for 5 days for respite and she is a paralyzed 84 year old woman that can still speak her mind. I went to check on her one day during the weekend and the front doors were locked. Sign in front lobby says to push the button and ask for assistance. I did that and nobody answered. I knocked on the window/door and no person ever came! Another family came to see their loved one and also experienced the same silent treatment. I decided to walk around the facility to knock on other doors and get a response. I had to go all the way to the back of this facility along with the other family and finally found the back door open! Checked on my mom and she was hanging of the side of the bed, had not been cleaned from eating dinner and had yellow stuff from sleeping... in her eyes that was crusty and had not been wiped. She is paralyzed and bedridden and the sad thing is...I couldn't enter the front of this facility to check on her. And i complained to the main nurse and asked for upper management. Yulanda Hays was the one I spoke to and said I needed to talk to Cameron Stiles. Cameron was one to never be available. For 2+ weeks he could never call me back, was not at the facility, and never reached out to me and my concerns. And he is above all these workers. I will post another review shortly and post of how my mom was left uncared for and neglected along with other patients that were in the facility at the same time as my mom. Pictures will be here and other public and social media. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Especially with elder patients that can't do stuff for themselves! Fyi... there's more things I will share about this facility that I witnessed and was informed through patients that experienced bad treatment from employees at this place.
Quality Score
Carley found serious staffing shortages and unresponsive communication left families frustrated, though the facility itself is clean and well-designed with strong rehabilitation services.
