I stopped in today to visit with a staff member. I wasn't allowed past the receptionist at the front desk without checking in first. She had me sign in on a keypad entry system that took my picture gave me a paper name tag. I think that's a great safety measure for each resident . I didn't mind the 1 minute it took to do it. Great idea!

This facility came recommended by a personal care home owner for respite care of my sister. I visited in early evening on a Sunday and was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. She gave us a tour of the facility. I found it to be extremely clean, and appeared to be new or recently updated. The staff friendly and attentive to patients. Kudos to Cypress Point!

It is clean, quiet, and provides excellent care. The digital entry system with face scan technology and personalized stickers is a modern touch that enhances security and efficiency. The center’s build and décor are impressive, as you can see in the attached images. It’s also a tobacco-free facility, which is an added bonus. The medical and paramedical staff provide exceptional care, especially for older adults and loved ones who need special attention. Their warm welcome and attention to detail make the experience even better. Overall, it’s an awesome place for love one family members special and professional care.
