This review is for assisted living at Discovery Village Castle Hills. If I could leave zero stars I would. My recommendation would be to avoid this community at all costs. I am so thankful that we had cameras in the room so we were aware of what was going on. My father was only there for a few days, but many phone calls were necessary for him to get the care that he required. The LVN is not good and many basic instructions were not followed that were required for his care. It was one disappointment after another with this facility. Please do not put your loved one in their care.
This place is the perfect place for my mom to call home. They have created a beautiful community.
Entire staff including housekeeping, dinning, activities; and administration go out of their way to keep residents comfortable and happy. The food is excellent and there is a wide range of available opportunities to stay busy. We have been here approximately two years and have enjoyed every minute of it.
