EAGLE FLATS VILLAGE

If you've ever had to put a loved one in an assisted living facility, then you know how difficult the process can be--emotionally and physically. Eagle Flats reduced the difficulty level immensely with their knowledgeable, compassionate staff and warm, welcoming environment. I can't thank them enough for what they've done for my family.

They are the worst assistant living area . I would not even put a animal in this facility . They talk about people behind their backs and lie . They do not care about their residents. Tera is rude and hateful when you try to talk to her about something to do with your family members she will make excuses for why she can not speak to you . Tera tells the employees lies on your family members. These people judge you and your family members when they have not even met them . These people do not even tell you if your family members have been transferred to a rehab for a injury that happened on their property. They lie on people when nothing has been done to them . They get your family members upset . They allow residents to talk in a mean way and then go back and baby that resident. They do not care about anyone the only thing they care about is the paycheck from your family members.

If you haven’t been in Eagle Flats in a while you should stop by there! New crew, new remodel and an awesome atmosphere!! As a home health community laision, I can see what a great place Eagle Flats is.
