Nursing is a very hard job.I appreciate all the hard work everyone does. My dad is always happy everytime I go visit, well taken care of.Staff is always friendly. Nicely remodeled on the inside, always clean.

My mother Juana Almaguer, was a resident at EPNH. We are very greatful, for the cares and services provided for the health and well being of my mother. The nursing staff, as the food service and other staff members were always attentive to all the needs of my mother. I like to conclude with a Thank You for the work you do and to continue providing quality services for all the residents at EPNH.

If you are searching for the BEST care for your loved one, this is the place to go!! The facility is older than the other ones in town, but the staff is incomparable. Caring, dedicated and compassionate staff provided the finest care for my loved one during her stay. Initially, we were only looking for a few months while our home was remodeled to accommodate her needs and when we were ready to bring her home she refused to leave! For 11 years, they cared for her as if she were family, providing outstanding care and giving us wonderful memories with her. She always said those were some of the best years of her life. During her stay she always felt loved and at home. There are no words to describe how grateful me and my family are for the staff at Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehab. They definitely go above and beyond to please their residents. In fact, I can honestly say they spoil them! 🤣 I was surprised to sometimes find they randomly decorated her room to cheer her up, or they went to Mc Donalds to get her a meal she was craving among other things. I witnessed some of the staff going to the facility during their days off just to volunteer in activities or visit some of the residents who didn’t have anyone to visit them. It is clear they genuinely care for them. During this pandemic the staff has outdone themselves. They continued to provide outstanding care while risking their own health and their families’ to be there for the residents. Unfortunately, my loved one has recently passed, but I am certain she received the best care and attention during her last days. She always said how happy she was and how much she loved the nurses and the CNAs, department heads, housekeepers and dietary staff and how they were all her extended family. On behalf of myself and my family THANK YOU to all of the staff at Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehab for everything that you do for the residents. You truly are HEROES!!!!! ❤️
