⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fall Creek Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facility provided a great experience for our family. Maria was extremely helpful and made sure everything was facilitated smoothly from start to finish. She was attentive, compassionate, and made a stressful situation much easier for us. We truly appreciate her support and the care provided. Highly recommend.
The staff at Fall Creek Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center were kind, professional, and supportive throughout my loved one stay. The therapy team was encouraging and helped my family make progress toward their recovery goals. I appreciate the care and attention she received and would recommend this facility to others needing rehabilitation.
We were hesitant because on Medicare site they have a low rating but we took the chance. My loved one was here for 30 days for skilled services they were very nice staff, care was outstanding and family is top notch. Highly recommend this facility.
