This place is HORRIBLE! What a close friend of mine endured while her time at this center was beyond inhumane. She was left in the same gown for a week without a proper bath, her room was never cleaned and call lights were ignored or dismissed without action. The lack of care led to severe medical consequences. Due to their failure to reposition her in bed and provide proper wound care, she developed an infected bedsore that escalated to Sepsis, requiring surgery and an ICU transfer to a BETTER hospital facility. She also needed a Bipap machine nightly, yet staff failed to ensure she was using it, leading to dangerously high CO2 levels. She left in worse condition than when she went into the center. That is a SHAME. On top of all this, our calls to the facility went unanswered, and messages were never returned. We had to fight for her care, only to be ignored or dismissed. Even when other family members tried to advocate for her, staff acted as if she was just being difficult. But what would you do if your family was being abused in a rehab facility? Despite repeated pleas to management, no action was taken, and our concerns were dismissed. This facility nearly cost her life, and they showed no concern or accountability. If you care about your loved ones, do not send them here.
Toured and attended a networking event at their facility and the staff was more than welcoming and accommodating. It was fun but aLeo very intentional and thought-out. You could tell they planned and prepared for it. Even some of the clients tried to join in it! They have a great team of leadership pushing this facility in the right direction! Will keep sending referrals and recommendations their way
I was disappointed with the level of professionalism at this facility. The front desk worker was rude and dismissive throughout my visit. When I asked about completing an application, she stated, “Do you want to do the application here or take it with you?” I replied that either option was fine. She then responded, “You wanna do it or nah,” accompanied by negative body language and an unprofessional attitude. When I later called to speak with the Director of Nursing or a supervisor, I was repeatedly told they were unavailable, and no callback or resolution was offered. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability.
Quality Score
Carley found serious concerns about neglect, poor hygiene, and inconsistent communication with families, though some visitors experienced welcoming staff and a clean, well-maintained environment.
