FOCUSED CARE AT HUMBLE

Great Place to place your loved one. My Aunt was there for a brief moment and the staff were attentive and caring. The New leadership is top notch. The door is open, and they are approachable putting our loved ones needs first. They listen and are quick to react to your concerns. I would recommend this home for your loved one.

Resident at Focused Care Humble admitted on 4/18/25 for skill and rehab stay to improve and return to prior functional mobility. Resident received Physical and Occupational therapy. Patient goals were to improve transfers, ambulation, ADL’s in order to return home with Family. With hard work and dedication, resident was able to exceed all goals and was able to return home with family on 9/29/25.

I have been living here for 13 years and I have the best view in the house. I can see every one coming and going. The aides are hard working and we have a terrific activity director. Our dietary manager she does an outstanding job to make sure we have what we ask for. The housekeepers are good and the nurses. Rehab is outstanding. Social worker works hard.
