FOCUSED CARE AT HUNTSVILLE

Focused Care is one of the best senior living communities in Huntsville. All of the staff (Nurses, CMAs, CNAs, Dietary, Therapy, Laundry, Housekeeping and Office Support) there are friendly and warm when I visit. The community is always clean and has a peaceful energy. The leadership is always present and attentive. The Administer- Nicole, runs the community well- the food looks advertising, the upkeep of the facility and housekeeping is on point.The DON- Amy, is visible and attentive to the residents needs. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a comfortable place for their loved ones. The genuine care my grandmother has received is phenomenal.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. It smells of urine and feces in this so called nursing home. It is blamed on the residents. Aren't the residents in care of the workers? The social services department allows non family members to make decisions for the patients. Decisions that should only be made by the patient and family. Karen is an absolute joke and should be fired. The director of Social Services Nicole does not return phones call after multiple attempts over a whole week span. Save yourself the trouble and your loved one the trouble and do not take your family here.

Nathaniel was extremely helpful and kind getting my mom settled! Focused Care has great staff who answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Also, they were the only facility to get my mom in extremely quick.
